Job description:

As a Production Supervisor, you oversee our production operations. You'll guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
  • Create ways to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Organizes and monitors production report workflow.
  • Able to supervise staff, work with teams, communicate effectively, and maintain production schedules.
  • Problem-solving, technical writing, and computer skills are important.
  • Physical stamina may be necessary
  • Supervise the production process including process control, schedule control, solving related problems, and ensure production according to specifications.
  • Participate in the quality control process by executing specific quality inspections.

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering or related engineering course
  • With At least 2 to 3 years continuous experience as Production Supervisor in Manufacturing Industry
  • Has excellent organizational or planning skills
  • Has excellent inventory management skills
  • Knowledge on SAP system is an advantage but not required
  • Physically fit to work
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
