The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing and branding strategies to strengthen the company's market position and drive sales growth. This role oversees all marketing functions including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, public relations, product displays, and customer engagement campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives support the company's business goals and uphold its brand identity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role.
  • Preferably with experience in retail, hardware, or home improvement industries.
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and familiar with current digital tools and platforms.
  • Willing to travel for branch visits, events, or marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
