  • Maintains accurate daily records of all incoming deliveries from suppliers and outgoing dispatches to offices or store sites.
  • Ensures that all requested items of office/department are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Assists the Warehouseman in the proper placement and organization of items within the warehouse.
  • Encourages a flexible mindset among team members when adapting to shifting operational needs.
  • Ensures that all warehouse personnel follow safety protocols and comply with company regulations.
  • Assists and supervises Warehousemen and Drivers during the loading of goods into delivery vehicles.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that supports efficient operations.
  • Processes and fulfills item requests from office and production on current warehouse availability.
  • Learns and applies knowledge related to inventory systems, warehouse procedures, and stock management best practices.
  • Monitors inventory accuracy and assist in the timely replenishment of stock item
  • Conducts periodic audits of all inventory items and equipment stored within the warehouse to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accountability.
  • Verifies that all deliveries received from suppliers are in good condition and meet required quality standards.
  • Signs and dates delivery sheets, noting any product damage, shortages, or adjustments, and reports discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
  • Verifies that all pull-out items have been delivered to Warehouse and reconciles records to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Participate in scheduled physical counts, cycle counts, and audits of inventory.
  • Ensure all item movements are recorded and supported with the correct documentation.
  • Report any discrepancies between physical and system inventory to the Manager promptly.
  • Help audit and document all warehouse assets and equipment.
  • Assist in selling unused or surplus assets by computing suggested resale prices (SRP), researching buyers, comparing offers, and supporting documentation for asset disposal.
  • Must be familiar with the nature, purpose, and shelf life of all items handled in the warehouse.
  • Understand item specifications, including size, packaging, expiration, and handling instructions (e.g., fragile, temperature-sensitive).
  • Remain updated on the correct use, rotation, and storage of products, and equipment.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in handling various warehouse functions, including assisting in areas outside regular assignments during peak workloads or staff shortages.
  • Willing to rotate between tasks and shifts (e.g., receiving, dispatching, inventory control, delivery coordination) based on operational needs and supervisor direction.
  • Adjusts quickly to changes in procedure and scheduling. Remains open to learning new tools as needed.
  • Proactively displays initiative and a strong willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities beyond assigned tasks, actively contributing to warehouse efficiency, service quality, and the continuous improvement of overall company operations and performance.
