Tasks:

  • Validate and record all incoming and outgoing inventories (food, consumables, non-consumables, RR, MIS).
  • Record inter-kitchen transfers across outlets/areas.
  • Record staff meals per department.
  • Record monthly asset depreciation (as needed).
  • Prepare and consolidate ending inventories per warehouse/outlet with valuation.
  • Conduct monthly physical counts (including live animals) every 30th/31st per warehouse/outlet.
  • Reconcile inventory accruals.
  • Prepare BS schedules of fixed assets and accrued inventory for FS presentation.
  • Submit month-end inventory valuation reports per outlet/section.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
