Project ManagementAssisting the President in initiating special projects and assignments in compliance with company rules and regulations. Data ManagementMonitoring lease contracts and rentals. All company insurance.

Utility payments. Memorandum. Other correspondence related to all office departments in compliance with company regulations.

Executive Administrative SupportPerform administrative support functions such as:Check/filter all documents to be submitted for the President's signature. Consolidate all department reports prior to submission to the President. Email correspondence to the malls.

Prepare memoranda and distribute to concerned departments. Monitoring preventive maintenance of:Company vehicles. Head office and store equipment/machines.

Head office and store air conditioning units. Head office and store pest control. Office ManagementSupervise and monitor the office.

Consolidation report of inventory of office supplies. Maintenance of office equipment. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the head office and scheduling store cleanliness.

OperationsAssisting the operations department to determine, plan, and direct workflow while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Analyze workflow issues and implement workable solutions. Creating operations reports.

Break-even reports. Sales quota. Asset ManagementResponsible for maintaining, monitoring, and safekeeping documents related to company assets, ensuring all assets are accounted for.

Prepares documents/payments for car loans. Process/negotiation of vehicle/store insurance. Purchase/selling of cars and motorcycles.

Monitoring of files, records, and equipment. Company InsurancesMonitoring of company insurances such as:Store insurances. Company vehicles.Phone/Internet AccountsMonitoring of lines: Globe, Smart, PLDT, and Converge.

Company StructureWrites directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. HR/TrainingProvide necessary training related to office management. Check on payroll/analysis prior to approval by the President.

Assist or initiate the planning of events and volunteer activities, corporate social responsibilities. OthersSchedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements. Check weekly promotions.
