Job summary :

The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and overall performance of the business unit This role combines leadership, business development, client management, creative insight, and operational oversight to ensure the company achieves its business objectives and delivers exceptional results for clients.

Key responsibilities :

  • Oversees day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective execution of advertising campaigns across OOH platforms.

  • Leads cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, marketing, and business development—to deliver high-impact advertising solutions while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase market share and profitability.

  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics and optimizing processes to ensure quality delivery.

  • Building and nurturing key client and partner relationships to support business expansion.

  • Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and overseeing cost controls to ensure financial health.

  • Mentoring department leads to foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational excellence.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high standards of service and brand integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership position

  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, financial planning, and P&L responsibilities

  • Strong track record of driving operational efficiency and improving organizational performance

  • Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations while aligning with long-term business goals

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies

  • Skilled in performance management, staff development, and building high-performing teams

  • Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory environments in relevant industry

  • Data-driven decision-maker with advanced skills in business analytics and KPI tracking

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
