The General Manager leads daily operations across business and support units, ensuring effective management of business strategies, operational plans, and financials to drive both short- and long-term profitability and growth.

Since we already have a General Manager in place, we are seeking a candidate to lead a different division. Based on qualifications, candidates may be considered for either an Assistant General Manager or General Manager position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor business profit and loss statements to meet business demands
  • Collaborate to maximize synergies, share best practices, and implement highly effective operational procedures
  • Constantly monitor the department's performance in all phases of service and job functions; rectify any deficiencies and resolve them with respective department heads
  • Communicate with senior leadership to fulfill and address any organizational issues or concerns that may require urgency
  • Contribute to and maintain a work environment that promotes high performance, financial responsibility, continuous improvement, feedback, recognition, and a commitment to maintaining quality team performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong business and commercial sense; able to formulate positioning and growth strategies and analyze performance for forwarding directions
  • 15+ years of management experience in the same capacity
  • Retail experience is a requirement
  • Highly creative with flair, updated with the latest trends, and with a good fashion sense
  • Good communication skills, both in verbal and written forms
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work on-site, at Chino Roces, Makati City
