Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dining Manager at Vikings Group of Companies. The Dining Manager will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the front of the house.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as Dining Manager, Hotel Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
  • Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the food & beverage outlets.
  • Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the company standard.
  • Health and safety regulations & compliance adept.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.
  • Willing to be assigned in one of our Metro Manila branches.
