Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Virtual Recruiter with proven success in talent acquisition—ideally in the home care industry. This role is critical in helping our client expand caregiver hiring across multiple U.S. regions (San Diego, Riverside, LA, Orange, and San Bernardino counties). The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding 15–25 caregivers per month while maintaining excellent communication with both candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard qualified caregiver candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, interviews, hiring pipeline)
- Collaborate with schedulers and management to anticipate staffing needs
- Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Prepare weekly recruitment progress reports
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
- Strong people skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively
- Familiarity with Indeed, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- Must be able to work PST hours (Thursday–Monday shift)
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability in a remote setting
