Overview About the Role We’re seeking a Campus Recruiter to help identify, engage, and hire top emerging talent from Philippine universities and colleges. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines through university partnerships, career fairs, and on-campus activities, ensuring Wing continuously attracts qualified students and fresh graduates for entry-level and internship roles. ₱28,000 - ₱40,000 a month Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to source high-quality candidates. Manage campus recruitment cycles, including outreach, applicant screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring teams. Represent Wing during career fairs, campus visits, and virtual recruitment events, promoting open roles and brand awareness. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to ensure recruitment messaging aligns with Wing’s brand and hiring priorities. Track applicant data, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes using the company’s ATS or CRM tools. Support referral and internship pipelines, ensuring clear handoffs from university outreach to onboarding. Prepare regular reports summarizing university performance, candidate quality, and recruitment ROI. Continuously research and recommend new schools, programs, and partnerships to expand Wing’s presence in target academic networks. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or talent sourcing. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with academic institutions and student organizations. Highly organized with attention to detail and strong coordination skills. Comfortable conducting candidate interviews and shortlisting based on skill and potential. Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and ATS/CRM tools. Willingness to travel to campuses and attend events as needed. Preferred Skills Experience in entry-level hiring or university partnership management. Familiarity with PH university networks and academic cycles. Knowledge of digital recruitment campaigns and campus referral programs. Enthusiasm for engaging with students and representing a strong employer brand.
