MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Day Shift Account Customer Service Representative to join our team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries are resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
  • Updating customer accounts and records in the company's database
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the sales or contact centre industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively
  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
