The Opportunity
Our client is well-established Australian insurance brokerage that provides tailored insurance and risk management solutions to both commercial and domestic clients. They position themselves as insurance risk specialists, focusing on risk consulting & management, loss management, business continuity, change management, acquisition due diligence. With a strong focus on professionalism, client service, and compliance, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team supporting the Australian market while being based in Manila, Philippines.

They are seeking a great talent to fill the role of
Senior Broker Support
to be apart of our team and this is a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to contribute to a high-performing team, while enjoying exposure to the Australian insurance market.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. This role requires you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Managers in managing and implementing insurance programs for clients.
  • Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, and new business policies via insurer platforms and Salesforce.
  • Prepare pre-renewal documentation, renewal reports, proposal forms, and declarations.
  • Handle administrative tasks including client documentation, templated correspondence, and system updates.
  • Maintain compliance by following set processes, timelines, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure all client records and reports are updated in Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Broker Officer/Support within the general insurance broking industry (commercial lines experience essential).
  • MUST have supported Australian Insurance Brokerage field with Tier 2 or Tier 1 Insurance qualification is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency with insurance systems such as Insight/Winbeat, Salesforce, Sunrise, SCTP, insurer portals and MS Office Suite are required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
