  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

-Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

-Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.

-Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.

-Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

-Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

-Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

-Can speak Mandarin and/or Hokkien

-Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
