Join a fast-growing international toy collectible eCommerce brand managing over 4,000 SKUs across multiple global platforms. With strong organic sales and a solid market presence, the company is expanding its operations in the Philippines.

We're looking for a proactive E-Commerce Specialist to work closely with the CEO as a right-hand support. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing daily eCommerce operations while collaborating with an offshore team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and gets things done without needing close supervision.

About the Role:

  • Manage and optimize stores on Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
  • Assist with new marketplace setup, listings, and promotions
  • Coordinate daily tasks and updates with offshore and local teams
  • Handle product uploads, pricing updates, and sales monitoring
  • Support the CEO directly with daily operations, reports, and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between all teams

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing or assisting in eCommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop required)
  • Preferably with experience or familiarity in toy collectible products
  • Strong understanding of product listings, optimization, and platform operations
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across different time zones
  • Highly proactive, dependable, and organized, with the ability to anticipate needs and act quickly
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work Setup: Hybrid in BGC, Taguig (must report onsite when required)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: ₱30,000–₱45,000/month (depending on experience)
  • 3-month project-based contract with potential for extension or regularization based on performance
  • Performance-based bonuses for achieving targets and supporting growth
  • Complete government-mandated benefits upon hiring
