We are looking for a Livestream Technical Operator to manage the end-to-end technical execution of our TikTok Live and other live selling events. You will be responsible for ensuring every broadcast runs smoothly, with high-quality visuals and audio that keep our audience engaged and drive sales.

In this role, you'll handle livestream equipment, operate streaming software, manage on-screen graphics, and troubleshoot any real-time issues — making sure our hosts and producers can focus on delivering a great show.

Key Responsibilities

Live Event Setup & Execution

  • Set up livestream equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, backdrops, etc.).
  • Operate TikTok Live Producer / OBS / Streamlabs during shows.
  • Manage transitions, overlays, product visuals, and on-screen graphics.
  • Monitor and adjust audio and video quality in real time.

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Instantly identify and resolve livestream issues.
  • Maintain backup internet and alternative streaming setups.
  • Ensure platform compliance to avoid interruptions.

Coordination During Lives

  • Follow the run-of-show and cue hosts, moderators, and producers.
  • Adjust visuals, product showcases, or scenes as needed during the broadcast.

Post-Event Management

  • Save and organize livestream recordings for future editing.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and upgrade streaming gear as needed.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in live production, streaming, or broadcast operations.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Live, YouTube Live, or Facebook Live.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with OBS, Streamlabs, or TikTok Live Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio setups.
  • Ability to manage real-time scene switching and overlays.

Soft Skills:

  • Calm and clear communicator under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who can execute with precision.

Performance Goals (KPIs)

  • Zero major technical failures per month.
  • Consistently high-quality audio and video output.
  • On-time setup for all livestreams.
  • Accurate execution of transitions and visual elements.
