Overview

We are looking for a Livestream Operations Executive to drive smooth execution of daily livestream shows across leading e-commerce platforms. This role involves slot booking, creative coordination, operational support, and performance tracking to ensure engaging, high-quality livestreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and book daily livestream traffic slots.
  • Maintain the livestream page and ensure alignment with campaign calendars.
  • Coordinate with commercial, traffic, and production teams for accurate scheduling.
  • Brief and manage creative assets (banners, thumbnails, featured placements).
  • Oversee livestream execution and provide real-time operational support.
  • Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and performance dashboards.
  • Support late-night operations during major campaign periods.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in operations, campaign execution, or traffic management (e-commerce/media/advertising preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during campaigns.
  • Knowledge of livestreaming or social commerce trends is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
