Job Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and mail in a polite and professional manner; schedule meetings and support visitors as needed.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Maintain familiarity with inventory.

A bit about you:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Secretarial, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Must be a team player and able to relate well with all levels in the organization.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Must possess critical thinking ability, excellent administrative, and coordination skills.
  • Must have a pleasing personality.
  • Able to start as soon as possible.
