What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Resource and help shape the financial strategy of a real estate leader by preparing reports, building models, and analyzing performance to support business growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, financial planning, or budgeting
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards
  • Strong customer service background
  • Exceptional English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build positive client relationships
  • Experience with NetSuite and automation tools such as Alteryx (a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality results

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance and variance reports
  • Compile monthly financial presentations
  • Assist in building financial models for strategic decisions
  • Partner with Accounting and FinOps to analyze P&L activity and performance drivers
  • Track key financial and operational metrics
  • Support month-end close by preparing topside adjustments and accruals
  • Prepare flash reports and reporting packages monthly
  • Monitor and maintain database for management adjustment entries
