Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing effective merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal product performance in the market. This role involves collaboration, analysis, and strategic planning to drive sales growth and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules, ensuring optimal product availability and timely market delivery.
  • Plan, develop, and implement merchandising strategies that effectively balance customer expectations with the company's objectives.
  • Maximize customer interest and sales performance by ensuring products are displayed attractively and strategically within stores.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product demand and determine appropriate product ranges and stock levels.
  • Design and produce store layout plans to optimize space utilization, maintain visual appeal, and support sales objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and accurately maintained.
  • Forecast sales and profit margins, develop and manage merchandising budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor stock movement and make informed decisions regarding markdowns, promotions, price adjustments, and clearance activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with customers and channel partners to develop sales pipelines and close business deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align merchandising activities with marketing campaigns, operational goals, and business strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
