
Front Office Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor attendance of messengers and collectors.
- Maintain and update records, including reception logbook.
- Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Distribute and receive documents as required.
- Process and release checks in a timely manner.
- Arrange, file, and maintain office records systematically.
- Sort and organize Statements of Account (SOA)
- Provides clerical and administrative support while ensuring the confidentiality and proper handling of private documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Excellent customer service
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- With experience in clerical or administrative tasks (Preferably but not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
