Job Description

The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales performance. This role covers promotions, branding, digital marketing, and on-ground campaign management across Luzon.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Manage digital marketing platforms, including social media content, ads, and online engagement
  • Oversee branding initiatives to strengthen market presence
  • Lead photo and video production for marketing and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team in day-to-day operations

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in marketing
  • Proficient in branding, promotions, digital marketing, photo & video editing
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (for Luzon travel and campaign coverage)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willing to start immediately
