Job Title: Sr. Sales & Application Engineer – Tooling Division

Location: Luzon (Subic, Zambales to Batangas)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales & Application Engineer to manage and grow our tooling business in the Luzon region. The role combines technical application expertise with strong sales execution to deliver effective solutions for customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical sales activities within assigned territory.
  • Prepare and present product offers and tooling recommendations.
  • Respond to customer and distributor inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct product training, demonstrations, trials, and test cuts.
  • Provide technical parameters, cutting conditions, and tooling approaches.
  • Introduce and present new products to customers and distributors.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports, sales reports, and test reports.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales technical support and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Technician
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the tooling or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong presentation, training, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend optimal tooling solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within the Luzon area.
  • preferably knows how to drive.
