Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the marketing team, aligning marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the marketing team, inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, events, and other initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of digital channels and platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow market share through targeted marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to succeed and grow in their roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
  • Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and ability to think outside the box in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
