A fast-growing, innovative Australian insurance broker is seeking an experienced invoice and policy processor based in the Philippines to join our established Makati based workforce.

Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Renewal- management of renewals allocation including issuing pre renewal template e-mails/schedules
  2. Renewal Programs- obtain renewal terms and apply to set templates to present to Broker, noting previous years terms, mid-term alterations and/or claims history
  3. New Business- obtain new business terms from Insurers and apply to set templates to present to Brokers, noting market options obtained
  4. Quoting- assist account managers to obtain comparative quoting based on existing data (claims history, current details) and present to advisers via set templates
  5. Endorsements- Assist account managers with processing endorsements and invoicing to customers and closings to insurers
  6. Documentation- save invoices and documentation into OIT
  7. Adhoc task - required by the brokers

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • A minimum of 2 years working within the Australian insurance industry working with an Australian based insurance broker or Authorised Representative.
  • Tier 2 or Tier 1 qualified would be a distinct advantag.
  • Quoting experienced with Sunrise and SCTP using WINBEAT System
  • Ability to process invoices for Renewals, New Businesses and Endorsements and Policy Adjustments effectively.
  • Experienced and an understanding of the premium funding system.
  • Loyal and Attention to detail is an absolute must.
  • Can work independently and has a strong interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to reach processing targets set.
  • Fluency in English Language
