This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a ground-up rebuild — a chance to architect the backbone of a portfolio of companies from scratch, fully remote, with the freedom to make the big calls.

You won't inherit legacy. You won't be a cog. You'll step into the chaos, create order, and leave your fingerprint on a system that scales across borders.

At the start, you'll wear three hats — IT, Web Development, and AI Automation. That's the entry price. But as revenue grows, so do you. Your rate doubles, then triples. And at the top gate, you don't just work here — you own a piece of the very company you helped build.

Your progression and pay are tied directly to the company's growth milestones.

Gate 1 – The Builder

  • Revenue Milestone: < AUD $2M run-rate
  • Hourly Rate: ₱180/hr
  • Your Role: You build from zero: end-to-end IT, web, and automation. You stabilise the chaos, create order, and deliver working systems.

Gate 2 – The Owner

  • Revenue Milestone: ≥ AUD $2M run-rate
  • Hourly Rate: ₱360/hr
  • Your Role: We build a small team around you. You now lead and scale the systems you created, owning SLAs, security, automation velocity, and delivery.

Gate 3 – The Partner

  • Revenue Milestone: ≥ AUD $5M run-rate
  • Hourly Rate: ₱540/hr
  • Your Role: We start a dedicated IT & Automation company. You become Founding Partner, with profit share and us as your partner.

Your upside is directly tied to revenue. When we grow, you grow. Execution is the bridge.


What You'll Actually Build & Run
  • End-to-End IT: Google Workspace, Dialpad, user lifecycle, MFA, backups, ticketing, incident/change/problem management.
  • End-to-End Web Development: Replit, Webflow/WordPress, Base44 hosting, Namecheap domains, GA4/GTM, Airtable/Glide integrations.
  • End-to-End AI Automation: Zapier/Make, Apps Script, light Python/Node, plus ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and OpenAI APIs powering enrichment, routing, and automation.

What Success Looks Like
  • SLA ≥95%; P1 MTTR ≤2h.
  • 2–4 shipped web iterations per week.
  • ≥30 hours/month saved through automation by Day 60; ≥50 by Day 120.
  • Documented SOPs/runbooks, zero knowledge silos.
  • Security baseline enforced: 100% MFA, least-privilege, patch cadence ≤14 days.

Who You Are
  • A builder, not a babysitter. You thrive in messy environments and impose order.
  • You've shipped real systems: web assets, IT setups, and automations that save measurable time.
  • Comfortable in HTML/CSS/JS, Zapier/Make, Airtable, Workspace admin.
  • Bonus: , Glide, Python/Node, prompt/guardrail design, Linux/server ops.
  • Clear English communicator, disciplined documenter, security-first mindset.

Logistics
  • Hourly Pay: ₱180/hr starting, scaling up to ₱540/hr as company revenue gates are hit.
  • Engagement: Contractor (IP assignment, confidentiality, data-handling obligations).
  • Location: PH-remote, aligned to Sydney business hours.
