For the Service Desk/Helpdesk/ IT Support position, you will be handling clients from different countries like US, Latin America and EMEA regions.
For this position, You'll serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware or software issues.
Your key responsibilities are providing basic technical support, assisting with installations and configurations, and troubleshooting common problems.
Day-to-day tasks also include resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, setting up new user profiles, and configuring Outlook and network settings.
