About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Waiter to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' in Pasay City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Serving food and beverages in a timely and presentable manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  5. Assisting with side work, such as restocking and cleaning
  6. Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  7. Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  4. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  5. Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
