Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
  • Handle payments and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Magallanes and Malate branch.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
  • Familiarity with food allergy awareness and proper handling
