Job Description

Garguena Contracting and General Services is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient project execution. The role focuses on coordinating departments, improving operational systems, and supporting management in achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of projects and office functions
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and department heads
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of construction or contracting operations is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
  • Willing to relocate and be assigned to project sites as needed
