Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Specialist located in Pasig. The Ticketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing tickets, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, updating ticket statuses, and ensuring timely and efficient ticket resolution. This role will also involve maintaining accurate records of all ticketing transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
