About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the health of Amazon accounts for a portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with our Operations Team and collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Client Success and Marketing to resolve issues, manage tickets, and create dashboards that drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage Amazon Seller Central account health, identify the root cause of policy violations or listing issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Create new product listings and build variation structures in compliance with Amazon policies to support client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager or Operations Director to provide updates on account health, open tickets, and issue resolution progress.
  • Extract and analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and internal systems to build dashboard reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
  • At least 1 year of experience using the Send to Amazon workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and basic macros).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
