Do you have the technical chops and a heart for customer care? We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist who can deliver friendly, efficient, and expert-level support across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide support via Zoom, chat, tickets, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot issues and offer timely resolutions
- Monitor systems and compile satisfaction reports
- Maintain incident tracking systems (Zendesk, Redmine, etc.)
- Collaborate with SMEs and escalate when needed
- Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in hosting, CMS, SSL, DNS, and server environments
- Familiarity with WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, Linux, Windows AD, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of domain systems, payment gateways, and web technologies
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
