Estimator ( Day shift- AU Account)- Carpentry/ Construction

What you'll be working on:

  • Prepare accurate material and labour takeoffs from construction drawings (mainly timber frames, cladding, fixouts, etc.)
  • Develop and submit estimates using our internal templates
  • Assist with BOQs, RFQs, RFI, and tender documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers for updated pricing as needed
  • Work with our team to refine pricing strategies
  • Maintain version control and estimate logs
  • Be confident with Ground Plan & Ascora, and be able to provide take-offs on time
  • Be available on video (Zoom) during work hours to facilitate in-office collaborations. (Mon- Fri) 9 am to 3 pm (AU time).

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential or commercial carpentry estimating, preferably on Australian-based projects.
  • Fresh graduates with a relevant educational background in construction, engineering, or quantity surveying are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of building plans and construction methods
  • Proficiency with estimating software, Ground Plan & Ascora
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
