Job Description

· Prepare detailed tender packages, contracts, bills of quantities (BOQ), and other documentation required for procurement.

· Support the entire bidding process, including bid evaluation, award recommendations, and negotiations with preferred vendors.

· Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure bid proposals are complete, competitive, and compliant with project specifications.

· Source and evaluate construction materials to meet quality standards, design requirements, and budget constraints.

· Source, negotiate, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely project execution.

· Conduct site measurements and assess the value of completed works for billing and progress tracking.

· Measure, value, and negotiate variations in contracts.

· Review and assess change orders, ensuring proper cost and scope adjustments.

· Monitor design and construction changes, updating cost estimates and project budgets accordingly.

· Work closely with clients, site managers, and project engineers to align all cost-related decisions with project objectives.

· Participate in project cost control efforts, ensuring compliance with budget targets and procurement strategies.

· Review architectural and engineering drawings to accurately determine quantity and material requirements.

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

· Solid experience in quantity surveying and procurement, preferably within hospitality construction projects.

· Background in office fit-out, commercial retails and residential developments is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with importation and logistics processes is an advantage.

· Willingness to go on-site anywhere in the Philippines
