Accountabilities

The function is accountable in managing the following areas :

  • Function as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) capable of assessing compliance to the processing guidelines and able to come up with sound recommendations for complicated processing concerns.

  • Review and validate invoice format and processing compliance of invoices forwarded to the Management and Rejection queues.

  • Cater to requests and queries from clients or customer support through the paper-processing mailbox.

  • Provide real-time operational support for level 1 specialists.

  • Meets or exceeds established invoice production requirements for quality and quantity

  • Troubleshoots and suggests improvements to enhance LNEI's e-billing products and related internal processes

  • Monitor reporting tools and interact with internal management to ensure compliance to contractual SLAs.

  • SLA management and Workforce planning.

  • Other duties as assigned
