Experience : At least one (1) year of relevant work experience related to social marketing, communications, production of IEC materials, preparation of reports and communications.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Act as the Information Officer of the Regional Social Pension Unit(RSPU);
  • Lead in the documentation and packaging of best practices and success stories of program beneficiaries;
  • Conceptualize and develop IEC materials like infographics, quote cards, videos and other social media art cards for social media posting and other advocacy activities for distribution and dissemination to different target audiences;
  • Conduct news monitoring, prepare responses to articles/ issues that need clarification, write news briefs, features stories, and photo and video documentation of social marketing activities for the SPISC program;
  • Prepare press kits, press release , program briefer, fact sheets, and other forms of information materials
  • Facilitate and document the conduct of program advocacy events/activities relating to the social pension program
  • Prepare Term of Reference(TOR) and project proposals for procument of IEC and advocacy materials
  • Act as a resource person during activities of FOs, and meetings on SMS/KM related concerns for the SPISC program as well as represent the Unit during activities abd ither meetings through online or face-to-face as may be directed by the DC/Unit Head; and
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immeddiate supervisor/s.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php34, Php36,000.00 per month
