Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly validate the completeness of the crew line‐up with the flights sectors to be operated and the on‐time maintenance of crew pairings and crew rosters resulting from crew absences, flight changes and other operational factors.

  2. Initiate the production of relevant pre-departure reports; e.g. check-in sheet / crew list, customs, and immigration documents, etc.

  3. Handle modification / maintenance of crew pairings and rosters.

  4. Consistently comply with the relevant Civil Aviaton Authority of the Philippines regulations (Flight time limitations) and company policies in managing daily crew pairings and crew rosters.

  5. Notify affected crew members about changes in their roster/assignment.

  6. Validate crew qualification, crew documents, and crew roster remarks to ensure assignment to specific duty is legal.

  7. Prepare and submit reports / documents required by the department and or other departments.

  8. Ensure Safety, Legal and Quality standards are met and sustained.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with minimum of 2 years airline crew scheduling, planning, and controlling experience with 1 year in crew controlling or planning capacity.
