Primary Responsibilities:

  • Regularly validate the completeness of the crew line ‐ up with the flights sectors to be operated and the on ‐ time maintenance of crew pairings and crew rosters resulting from crew absences, flight changes and other operational factors.
  • Initiate the production of relevant pre-departure reports; e.g. check-in sheet / crew list, customs, and immigration documents, etc.
  • Handle modification / maintenance of crew pairings and rosters.
  • Consistently comply with the relevant Civil Aviaton Authority of the Philippines regulations (Flight time limitations) and company policies in managing daily crew pairings and crew rosters.
  • Notify affected crew members about changes in their roster/assignment.
  • Validate crew qualification, crew documents, and crew roster remarks to ensure assignment to specific duty is legal.
  • Prepare and submit reports / documents required by the department and or other departments.
  • Ensure Safety, Legal and Quality standards are met and sustained.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with minimum of 2 years airline crew scheduling, planning, and controlling experience with 1 year in crew controlling or planning capacity.
