As a Customer Service Representative at StaffSmart Outsourcing, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time role based in Cebu City. Sites/Accounts/Qualifications:

  • IT Park, Cebu - Telco Sales (With 6months & up of BPO experience)
  • IT Park - Travel (With 3months & up of BPO experience)
  • Mactan, Cebu - Educational Account (With 6months & up of BPO experience)

  • Banawa Cebu - Logistics (No BPO experience required) What you'll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, complaints, or requests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our database
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing quick and effective resolutions
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
  4. A positive, friendly, and patient demeanour, even when dealing with challenging customer situations
  5. A high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service or call centre experience preferred but not required
