KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and validate submitted client documents such as IDs, proof of income, employment certificates, billing statements, and other KYC requirements.
  • Backtrack and reassess previously submitted client requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity.
  • Conduct background checks and credit investigations through available databases, internal tools, and third-party sources.
  • Assist in the initial credit evaluation and recommend approval, rejection, or further clarification based on assessment.
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and collections teams for clarification or follow-up on incomplete or inconsistent documents.
  • Ensure that all credit assessments are performed in accordance with company credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate credit review logs and reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline the credit review workflow and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and company data at all times.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in credit review, loans processing, or financial document verification is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in verification.
