The Role\: Commercial Excellence Lead

Overview of the role:

This role is responsible for Commercial Excellence in the Philippines, connecting with Global Marketing, Operations, Businesses, Segments, HR, Finance and subject matter experts across the organization to enable the Sales & Marketers in the region to focus on the company's 2025 Strategic Priorities thru 4 vehicles\: trainings & communities, key processes, cadences/ reports/ tools and strategic initiatives deployment.

Who would be successful?

Bachelor's Degree Graduate or Above Understanding Schneider Electric's products and competitors are an advantage.At least 6 years relevant work experience in technology-enabled sales, marketing or business development roles with focus on transformation.Extensive Program Management experience\: defining, developing, implementing, executing and managingOperational excellence mind-set and experience.Highly analytical, and data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.Ability to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program - work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management.Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.

Others\: Visionary with ability to look at the big picture

Pro-active, entrepreneurial, innovative and self-motivatedExceptional communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills.Demonstrate good personal and project leadership & management, including the ability to positively challenge in a solution finding frameworkBe digitally savvy & a self-starter on social media (e.g. LinkedIn)Able to think both strategically and operationally to drive closed loop executionAble to simplify and clarify complex issues to broad and diverse audiences and to influenceAbility to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program - work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management.
