JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the attainment of sales target of assigned concession stores through effective management of manpower, inventory, merchandise and operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Monitors the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month

· Prepares and effectively analyzes Sales reports of assigned stores, assesses feedback and understands sales trend to recommend solutions

· Ensures that stores have enough efficient sales personnel by constantly coordinating with SA-HRs

· Ensures that assigned stores have accurate inventory by analyzing product performance and establishes right merchandise mix per store

· Conducts weekly office day with Sales Promos

· Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy

· With a least 2 years related experience in retail, sales or operations

· With knowledge in Concession Procedures and Operations, Inventory and Merchandise Management, Sales Order Processing and Pull-out

· Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written

· Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
