Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy
  • With 1 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales, Retail Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and Google Workspace
  • Quick to learn and open to taking on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Highly adaptable, responsible, and committed to delivering quality results

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Business Center Head
  • Consolidates daily actual commodity sales and cold storage inventory reports
  • Creates daily sales orders for Live Sales, By-products Sales, Van Sales, Modern Trade, and HRI (Hotels, Restaurants, and Institutions)
  • Assists in daily and month-end reconciliation of sales variances across all segments
  • Prepares and submits daily sales and activity reports
  • Supports account acquisition and client base expansion efforts
  • Follows up on customer collections and payments
  • Coordinates logistics for poultry and frozen meat product deliveries
  • Maintains and organizes voluminous documents and paperwork
  • Responsible for overseeing the attendance and Tarkie activity records of the sales team.
