Job Summary

As a Sales Promoter, you'll be the face of our brand, captivating audiences and driving sales through engaging product demonstrations and presentations. You'll work at various events, retail locations, and trade shows to generate interest, answer customer questions, and encourage immediate purchases. Your energy and product knowledge will be key to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations and presentations to attract potential customers and highlight key features and benefits.
  • Drive sales: Actively encourage and facilitate sales by providing persuasive information and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
  • Build brand awareness: Represent the brand positively and professionally, answering customer questions and building excitement around the product.
  • Gather feedback: Collect customer feedback and report insights on market trends, product reception, and competitor activities to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain display areas: Set up and maintain attractive and informative product displays to create a compelling visual experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, promotions, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable speaking to and engaging with large groups of people.
  • Sales-oriented: A strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in various environments, including retail stores, events, and outdoor venues.
  • Product knowledge: Eagerness to learn about product features and technical specifications to confidently answer customer questions.
