About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable SEO and Google Ads Marketing Specialist to

join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing

search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and running high-performing Google Ads

campaigns. You will be working with 3–5 businesses in Australia, helping them achieve

measurable growth in visibility, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.


• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/oK-page optimization.


• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max).


• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.


• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.


• Stay updated with the latest SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing trends.


• Ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and meet client objectives.

Qualifications


• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads (local and international markets).


• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and paid ad strategies.


• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Search Console, and keyword tools.


• Experience with SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) preferred.


• Experience with AI tools and knowledgeable how to improve ratings on AI platforms (eg. Chatgpt and Google AI)


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple businesses simultaneously with reliability and eKiciency.
