PPC Specialist – Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords) and Microsoft Bing Ads. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console, with a proven track record of driving results through paid search.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Optimize ad performance by monitoring key KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center to maximize shopping campaign success.
- Use Google Search Console insights to improve ad relevance and search performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads & Bing Ads).
- Proficiency in Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of SEM, keyword bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
