Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted cold outreach campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential prospects.

  • Craft compelling direct messages that capture interest and drive appointment bookings.

  • Conduct phone conversations with prospects, providing engaging explanations of the business offering.

  • Follow proven scripts and processes while maintaining authentic, natural conversation flow.

  • Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments for the business owner's sales presentations.

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, prospect interactions, and appointment outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine processes and optimize conversion rates.

  • Adapt to weekend-focused scheduling to maximize prospect availability and engagement.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation.

  • Demonstrated success using social media platforms for business development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Experience following scripts while maintaining conversational authenticity.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

  • Background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred.

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, to align with prospect availability.

  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
