About Us

We are a fast-growing renewable energy trading and aggregation company, specialising in the purchase of STCs (Small-scale Technology Certificates) and VEECs (Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates). Our team partners with solar companies, builders, electricians, and plumbers across Australia to help them monetise their rebates faster, easier, and at better rates.

Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your role is to connect with potential partners in the renewable energy and trades sector, and set qualified appointments for our Australian-based Business Development Managers (BDMs). You will play a vital part in helping our company expand its client base and strengthen our industry relationships.

You'll be provided with proven scripts, training, and ongoing support. Your job is to spark interest, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send follow-ups to solar companies, builders, electricians, and plumbers.
  • Book qualified appointments for our Australian BDMs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in our CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and phone skills with a confident, professional manner.
  • Strong English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation preferred.
