Job description:
This position is responsible for contributing to business growth through excellence in parts sales and service operations. This position oversees the performance of parts and service teams nationwide, including customer service interactions, repairs, and maintenance activities, and completion of technical reports. This position ensures the provision of the highest level of customer service thus ensuring revenue from parts and service from loyal customers.
Qualifications:

College Graduate, License Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering course related.

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience (Automotive, Construction Equipment & Agricultural Equipment)

Basic Fundamentals of Agrimachiniries and Construction Equipment.

Able to understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
