Job Overview:

As a Auto Parts Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing images of dismantled car parts and accurately cataloging each part into our inventory system. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and organization of our inventory data, which directly impacts our clients' satisfaction and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze images of dismantled car parts to identify and classify them.
  • Accurately encode each identified part into our inventory management system.
  • Ensure that all parts are correctly labeled, categorized, and documented.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all parts and inventory statuses.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in inventory data.
  • Assist in improving the inventory management processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory management systems or similar databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and classify car parts from images.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and components is required.
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
  • eBay eCommerce knowledge is a big plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or auto parts retail.
  • Familiarity with [specific inventory management software, if any].
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to inventory management.
